Se comercializa principalmente como resina en l\u00e1mina o pel\u00edcula en distintos colores y formulaciones, seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los derivados del \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico tambi\u00e9n tienen una gran relevancia para la producci\u00f3n del politetrafluoroetileno (PTFE), mejor conocido como tefl\u00f3n, compuesto de hidr\u00f3geno y fl\u00faor.
